@iAusMatt, it ... @iAusMatt, it doesn't put as much pressure on the back when you're sitting. Also you eliminate a lot of other muscles you could use? for ''cheating'' on those last reps like your back and your legs. If you wanna incorporate more muscles into the exercise then I think standing would be better, but this way it isolates the shoulders a bit more.

I like this ... I like this exercise but when i get heavy i have to struggle? to get the weight up , and by that time I'm already knackered! So have to use Low weights high reps ,up to about 15 or so , which is , so I'm told not good for mass building, so i mainly do front shoulder press , i get more of a burn too from these.
